We have had similar kind of instant hot water (Rinnai infinity) with two of our houses and it's brilliant! I LOVE it and will be installing it in our new house! Maybe ask if you can give them an inhouse demonstration because once you get your head wrapped around the different water temps you use and get out of the hot and cold tap habit it becomes second nature.
